Examples of Duties Performed:

This list of duties is not exhaustive, and duties may be added, deleted =

1.       Manage and supervise all phases of accounting, including: =
general ledger, accounts receivable and credit, payroll and personnel, =
budgets, forecasting, program amortization and financial analysis.

2.       Coordinate compliance with all company accounting policies and =
procedures, ensuring all financial statements are in accordance with =
GAAP; includes internal control compliance and all the requirements =
established in Sarbanes/Oxley Act.

3.       Prepare annual operating and capital budgets in coordination =
with department managers, general management and corporate headquarters.

4.       Perform monthly financial closing within time tables as =
prescribed by Corporate Office

5.       Prepare cash flow forecasts as required by local and corporate =
management.

6.       Assist all department managers and station management with the =
financial management oversite of their departments.

7.       Review accounts payable submissions to Corporate Financial =
Services Center.

8.       Maintain compliance with Federal and State tax laws. =20

9.       Assist in negotiate station purchases and contracts.

10.   Prepare analyses for potential programs and projects.

11.   Prepare tri-annual physical capital inventory with Engineering =
Manager.

12.   Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Business Department staff.

13.   Participate in negotiation of labor contracts.

14.   Perform peer review of negotiated contracts.

15.   Complete quarterly Disclosure Checklists and SOX Internal Control =
questionnaires.

16.   Perform other duties as needed and as directed by the General =
Manager and corporate office.

Requirements:

Education:         Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. CPA =
preferred.

Experience:       Minimum five (5) years accounting experience; =
broadcasting experience

                            preferred; contract negotiations experience.

Equipment:       Knowledge of personal computers and accounting =
software; extreme

                            proficiency in Excel required; PeopleSoft =
knowledge a plus.

Skills/Abilities:  Hands-on experience with general accounting. Detail =
oriented. Excellent oral

                            and written communication skills with strong =
organizational skills. Must have

                            working knowledge of financial statements =
and analysis. Ability to work in a=20

                            fast-paced, deadline driven environment, =
perform multiple projects

                            simultaneously.

License:             Must possess a valid driver=92s license and provide =
proof of insurance.

1.   Shoot and edit stories as part of news broadcasts, documentaries =
and specials.

2.   Perform interviews when in the field, as needed.

3.      Catalogue and file news stories, and occasionally supervise such =
duties as performed by other editors and videographers.

4.   Properly transmit microwave signals from the field using ENG live =
vans.

5.   Perform other duties as needed and as directed by the News Director =
& Chief Photographer.

Requirements:

Education:                High School diploma required.  College degree =
preferred.

Experience:              Minimum two years shooting and editing news =
programs preferred.

=20

Equipment:               Knowledge of Panasonic DVC Pro cameras, =
Panasonic Newsbyte editing systems, or similar equipment.  Also =
knowledge of lighting and audio for remote broadcasts.  Familiarization =
with ENG live trucks and satellite remotes a plus.

Skills/Abilities:          Work well with others in often-stressful =
situations; self-motivated; adaptable to changing schedules; work well =
with all news personnel and other departments within the TV stations, =
and with the public.  Must be physically capable of consistently lifting =
approximately 30-40 lbs and able to tolerate standing for long periods =
of time.
