acceptable use policy

I just scanned the acceptable use policy--I think it needs to add
realization that we all don't need to get every back and forth message
between individuals. I think there should be an initial e-mail sent to
the listserve and those people who are interested in the topic of
conversation should then go "talk" among themselves, i.e. direct their
answers and subsequent conversation to the interested e-mail
addresses--if they want to teach a class on Excel over e-mail, it
wouldn't matter. It's getting harder to find the job listings I
subscribe to the listserve for and those from other sources sent to the
same e-mail address.

Subject: [jsfg_cinti] Re: Excel problem to solve for prospective
employer

Dear JSFG Folks,
Unlike the posting by Mr. Mathews, this posting from "urrutia1@xxxxxxxx"
is in clear violation of the JSFG E-mail Mailing List acceptable use
policy. I advise all JSFG E-mail Mailing List users to read the FAQ
which may be found at URL: =20

http://www.jsfg.com/listservfaq.htm =20

In the FAQ it specifically states:=20

"In general: keep your post on-topic, don't use any crude or
questionable language, don't flame anyone, ..."

The post from "urrutia1@xxxxxxxx" flames (attacks) Mr. Mathews and is
not "on-topic" since it contains no information relevant to job search.
Therefore "urrutia1@xxxxxxxx" is being abusive in his use of the mailing
list and should be warned not to abuse the list in the future.

The intent behind the acceptable use policy is to keep the mailing list
relevant to job seekers and the interaction between posters useful and
congenial. Flame wars (ad hominem attacks) are not useful or congenial.
As a user of the mailing list I ask my fellow users to please abide by
the acceptable use policy. Thanks.

Have a great day!

Regards,
Lance Feldman

how to solve this problem that my prospective employer sent to me? If
so, let me know and I'll send you the Excel attachment that goes with
it. Here's what he sent me:
