automotive Tier 1 Supplier of an engineered product with headquarters in an 
attractive Midwest location may have just what your looking for. If you have 
experience in managing a high-volume automotive component manufacturing 
facility and are looking for a high growth opportunity with mentoring 
management and a 75%+ volume increase over the next 2-3 years, YOUR SEARCH ENDS 
HERE! You will report to the executive level and manage manufacturing, 
manufacturing support, quality engineering and materials for this facility of 
over 600 and growing. It will be your charter to drive results, establish new 
organizational systems and implement key strategies including LEAN 
manufacturing. The selected candidate will lead innovations/improvements 
Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing while maintaining and 
utilizing comples and long standing relationships within the company's current 
professional ranks. The superior candidate will be mentored for more 
responsibility in the near future.  
      Requirements:   
      BS Degree required preferrably with a technical discipline. A minimum of 
20 years experience with proven leadership creating and building a team 
atmosphere within a non-union automotive supplier manufacturing environment. 
Also, should have experience with Lean manufacturing systems, Six Sigma, KAN 
BAN a real plus. If you come from a fabrication, machining, and assembly 
environment, then we definitely need to talk.
