[jsfg_cinti] Updates to profiles

Someone asked me at the meeting yesterday if you can
update profiles, and I told him I would find out.  I
am sending out the answer for everyone in case someone
else wanted to know also.

The way the system is set up, you cannot update
profiles after they are in the system.  If you want to
modify it, you have to enter it again (i.e. a new one)
on the JSFG web site.  The latest one will go into the
monthly profiles booklet, and it can be used again in
subsequent months.
