 To all members
I have an interview tomorrow (Tuesday) and I am worried about how I am
going to answer one question: Why did I leave my job in Lexington, KY
(1999) and why was I chosen to be laid off from my last job.
The reason I left my job in Lexington was for personal reasons.  My wife
didn't like living down there and it was putting a strain on our
marriage.
I was let go from my last job because my position was no longer
required, and because of business being slow my duties could be absorbed
by other managers.  The president was not willing to let me move to
another position in the company because he needed to get rid of people
due to business being so bad and I was lowest in seniority.
These are the reasons but how should I answer this question to each one
in an interview.  Could really use your help!
