Just a reminder that our next Decision Maker Series Luncheon is next week.
Please share this information with anyone you think would be interested in
this hot topic.  Also - Everyone who attends will receive a copy of John
Miller's Book, QBQ! - The Question Behind the Question. Hope to see you all
there.

Topic:  Personal Accountability and the QBQ!

Ever heard questions like these?  "Why do we have to go through all this
change? When is someone going to train me? Who dropped the ball? When are
we going to find good people? Why can't they communicate better? When is
that department going to do it's job right? Who's going to solve the
problem?"

If you have, then you're organization is like most:  suffering from blame,

practicing personal accountability.
