[jsfg_cinti] Unsubscribe instructions

Some mail clients, including Microsoft Outlook, remove line feeds from the
confirmation email.  Consequently, when you respond to the confirmation
email - the command in the message is invalid and fails.
The solution is to edit the confirmation email reply before you send it.  I
can't send you an example because if your mail client removes the line
feeds, it will do it to this email too!  But here's a verbal description. 

When you receive the unsubscription confirmation email, your reply should
contain 3 lines:

// job
The second line should start with "appunsub" and end with a weird looking
string of numbers/letters etc.  You should NOT have a blank space at the end
of this line

jsfg_cinti-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field.
