General Summary:

Generate revenue and profit margins for our client in their assigned
accounts and territories. Insure high Sales Satisfaction that enables
business with customers, and to work closely with a network of colleagues,
partners, and customers to provide a bundle solution that creates value.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:


-- Comfortable and capable of interacting with all levels of an
organization. CEO and below.
-- Meet and exceed all quotas.
-- Makes sales calls to promote our clients capabilities and develop
long-term relationships.
-- Sell the complete breadth of Products and Services.
-- Strong IP, telephony / data and network solutions experience.
-- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
-- Must Understand and Negotiate contracts for products and services.
-- Must posses strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
-- Acts as a liaison for Systems Engineers and Product Specialist.
-- Maintain and penetrate current customer base, along with identifying and
converting prospective customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


-- Minimum 10-12 Years Sales Experience.
-- Education: BBA or MBA (preferred).
-- Must have some technical background on communication equipment.
-- Seasoned Professional with large account sales experience and track
record of success.
-- Demonstrate high urgency, commitment and strong work ethic.
-- Must be a self-starter and follow projects to completion with minimal
supervision.
-- Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasked simultaneously.

Customer Service Manager:

General Summary:
Manage the fulfillment and delivery of customer orders placed with the
Company. Our client currently has an excellent customer service reputation
Nationally and wants to take their organization to the next level. This
individual will need to have an excellent understanding of workflow,
logistics, creativity and EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS.

Responsibilities:

-- Define workflow process within customer service department to insure
timely, efficient delivery of our Clients? products to our customers
-- Manage Customer Service Reps
-- Insure proper, complete, accurate communication of all product shorts
(cuts) to our Clients? sales organization daily
-- Effectively and creatively managing a well performing department to the
next level. Incorporating knowledge of the logistics and product flow
process to contribute to improvement in our forecast and fulfillment model

Requirements:
-- 7-10 years of customer service work experience/management. Preferably in
Consumer packaged goods.
-- Advanced to expert knowledge of SAP
-- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
-- Clear understanding/knowledge of product flow from manufacturing facility
to warehouse, to customer. Including advanced understanding of standard
shipment methods (over the road and rail.)
-- Experience in Customer Service Management
-- Creativity and enthusiasm to improve/drive better department performance.
