Experience Requirements:


Position No. 1:   Digital Design Engineer

We require the candidates for this Position to have a BSEE and five to seven
years experience in the design, development and testing of electrical,
electro-mechanical and electronic devices.  Masters degree is a plus.
Digital design experience, focusing on FPGA (Field Programmable Gated Array)
implementation, is required.  Experience with Actel FPGA tools and analog
circuit design is desirable.  Demonstrated effective written and oral
communication skills and computer skills are also required.

Position No. 2: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an EE with 5 to 7 years of experience in the design and
development of Specialized Systems and Specialized Test Equipment for
electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical products.. The candidate
should be well versed in Microprocessor Assembly Language Programming
(Motorola), Visual Basic Programming, Digital Programmable Logic Design
(Altera/Actel), Analog Circuit Design, Data Acquisition Design, Printed
Circuit Design, and System Level Engineering.


Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, as a minimum, is
required.

Salary Range:  $51,000 - $85,000 depending upon level of experience

Start Date: Immediate

Other Requirements/Comments:Perform design work of varying complexity
involving electrical/electronic products to meet the needs of customers.
Direct and participate in the testing of product concepts to ensure required
performance. Coordinate the fabrication of developmental hardware to the
appropriate specifications.  Provide support as need in proposal
Preparation, program scheduling, customer interfacing, field-testing and
production trouble-shooting. Assist and advise senior engineers with
advanced design and system definitions.

Due to DOD contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required and the
ability to be granted a DOD security clearance.
