[jsfg_cinti] Tri-Health Contacts / Mgr, Service Excellence

Hi -
I have an initial interview with HR at Tri-Health for a Manager of Service 
Excellence.  I believe the position is at Good Samaritan Hosptial.  Does anyone 
have any contacts at Tri-Health that could help me learn more about it and also 
about the position?  Alternatively, does anyone work in Health Care and have 
perspective on a Service Manager position?  I applied through their website and 
there was not a description.
