[jsfg_cinti] Trainers and volunteers needed for the JSFG office

I am asking each of you to take a few minutes to consider how your 
efforts can make JSFG an even better organization.

To a prospective employer, you are the face and voice of JSFG. The 
impression you make shapes their opinion of our organization. Just as it 
is important to your job search that you put your best foot forward when 
presenting yourself to an employer, it is important that you do the same 
when representing JSFG.

As an office volunteer, you are often the first contact an employer has 
with JSFG. By presenting a professional image in the office, you help 
maintain our image and credibility within the employment community.

A part of presenting that professional image is providing consistency in 
the office procedures. For some months, we have been working to update 
the office procedures so that we can provide the best possible service 
to employers and members alike. Everyone who volunteers in the office - 
new and experienced - needs to be aware of the current procedures.

We need your help in making that happen. We need you to help train 
office volunteers in the new procedures. Yes, you. The goal is to have a 
team of trainers.
