As we know, there are a number of online resources that can help us reevaluate 
our professional life.  I have found that one of the fastest ways to find out 
if you're on the right track is to the consult the U.S. Department of Labor's 
Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook 
(http://www.bls.gov/oco/). It is updated every two years and provides detailed 
reports on occupations, describing what the job entails, typical working 
conditions, salary range, and most importantly, the outlook from now to the 
year 2008.
