Thanks to the great folks at Protrain I have information about another job fair:
This Saturday (Mar. 24th) Time Warner will be using the Sharonville Convention 
Center (11355 Chester Rd, Sharonville, OH 45246) for their own individual job 
fair.  They want to hire both Installation Technicians (shift not designated) 
and Call Center Associates (2nd shift).  For both of these positions, they have 
scheduled three open sessions at 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Consumers 
should plan to stay up to 2 hours.

Installation Technicians are responsible for preparing the outside of homes for 
cable installation and responding to subscriber service needs.  They need to 
have the ability to climb poles and carry/climb ladders.  They need to have the 
ability to work outdoors year round.  In addition to a valid driver's license 
with a clean driving record, consumers must pass a background check, 
pre-employment physical, and drug/alcohol screen.  Job code #'s are: Hamilton 
location 74190; Cincinnati location 72451, and Milford location 75674.

Call Center Associates (2nd shift) are responsible for offering product 
information, answering billing inquiries, offering sales promotions, conduct 
account research, and resolve customers concerns in order to maintain a 
positive relationship with all customers.  Candidates must have the ability to 
work 2nd shift, to include weekends; as well as attend training Mon-Fri (8 a. 
m. to 5:00 p.m.).  High school diploma/GED, two years related customer 
service/sales experience, good PC and data entry skills, sound decision making 
skills, strong math and problem solving skills required.  Consumers must pass a 
background check, pre-employment physical, and drug/alcohol screen.  Job code
