[jsfg_cinti] Time Budget

Has anyone out there done anything with a weekly time budget? If so, can you 
send me (and the group) an illustration of it that shows the hours of each day 
and (examples of) the tasks budgeted for those hours? I think we all need 
something like this to budget our time so that we don't let it go to waste any 
more than can be helped.
