TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

APPLICATION DEADLINE: MAY 18, 2007

The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) is seeking an individual to fill this 
position at our Aronoff Center location. The IT Manager's primary 
responsibility will be to ensure that the organization's technological 
equipment and systems are functioning to adequately meet the needs of the 
organization. Duties include, but are not limited to; maintaining all 
workstation hardware and software; providing day-to-day software and hardware 
support to desktop users; overseeing the smooth operation of all information 
systems technology; coordinating and overseeing information systems and network 
consultants; responding to and coordinating emergency IT response after hours 
and on weekends. This successful candidate must be able to work independently 
with great attention to detail. Working knowledge of computer hardware, 
printing and network equipment troubleshooting; understanding of networking 
technology concepts; knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP Professional and 
Microsoft Office Suite
  applications. Must be assertive, self-motivated team player with positive 
attitude and high energy level; ability to process information logically and 
solve problems; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; ability to 
coordinate multiple individuals/companies to ascertain that goals are achieved; 
ability to lift, bend, kneel, etc. Applicable college or professional training
