Kforce Consulting is seeking several Sr. Technical Writers for contract
positions in Mason, OH. 

Principal Responsibilities: 
Develop, write, and maintain technical product documentation, along with
supporting materials relating to software packages. 
Prepare documents following standard guidelines for technical
publications. 
Work with leads and other seniors to develop and maintain documentation
quality standards within the group. 
Maintain and enhance information architecture of owned application(s)
and the supporting single-sourcing system(s). 
May act as a team lead. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
An understanding of project management principles. 
A proven track record of creating effective, clear, and concise
documentation. 
Ability to gather information from multiple sources into coherent
content. 
Ability to identify and write for multiple audiences. 
Ability to meet deadlines and project goals. 
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. 
Edit and proofread technical materials using standard editing marks. 
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. 

Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree or greater in applicable field, or equivalent
experience. 
Six (6) years of professional experience in related field.
