      This is a great opportunity with plenty of room for advancement. In this 
position you will plan and direct activities concerned with applications and 
maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and 
products. You will initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and 
evaluation customer specifications on-line. You will devise sampling procedures 
and designs, develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and 
reporting quality and reliability data. You will establish program to evaluate 
precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and 
analytical equipment and facilities. You will develop and implement methods and 
procedures for disposition of discrepant material and evaluate network for use. 
You will devise methods to assess cost and responsibility for disposing of 
material or using network. Also, directs workers engaged in measuring and 
testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process 
quality and reliability, verifying accuracy and efficiency. You will confer 
with scientists or engineers to conduct analyses, interpret test results or 
develop non standard tests consulting with outside labs for micro testing. You 
will prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents for use by laboratory 
personnel in conducting tests. You will correspond with customers regarding 
product problems. You will provide monthly reports designating QA tests for all 
lines and coordinate activities between departments. 
      Requirements:   
      BS degree; 4+ years experience in food industry, preferably dairy 
products.
