      Description:   
      The ideal candidate for this position will possess 4-6 years experience 
in managing or being a team lead for a group of web programmers. Must have 
current development experience in web applications that include ASP, Microsoft 
SQL Server 2000, IIS, Windows 2000, HTML, and JavaScript.  
      Requirements:   
      Excellent client interface skills and experience working on full software 
development life cycle is a must. The ideal candidate must be immersed in the 
Microsoft environment and have the ability to see the big picture from a 
conceptual perspective and understand how all the components work together. 
Experience in a web-based, web-hosted, internet services environment is a plus. 
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is needed. This position is 
a contracting position in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
