                               CASE MANAGER
                   SPRING GROVE (340-156/04023) CSM A-3
This is a full time position.  Workdays are Monday through Friday and some
   weekends.  Job Responsibilities:   Providing case management services
through planning, monitoring and referral to males residing in a halfway
house facility and who have been involved in the criminal justice system.
Other responsibilities include: meeting with clients on an individual and
group basis; maintaining a caseload; meeting chart audits and utilization
expectations; preparing and implementing individualized client treatment
plans and completion of DAF's and ISP's.  Successful candidate will possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.
   Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Also requires successful
   completion of Clinical Assessment Tracking and Triage [CATT] training
                   within first eight (8) weeks of hire.


                         CLINICAL SERVICE PROVIDER
          ADULT OUTPATIENT/COLLEGE HILL (1001-4/302003)  CSP P-2
Requires a Master's degree (prefer in Counseling, Social Work) and LISW or
PCC and two or more years experience in the field as well as have computer
skills and ability to pass CATT. Preferred candidate will have two or more
experience working in an out-patient mental health setting. The successful
  candidate will provide assessments, service plans, and counseling to a
  varied population of adults via individual, couple or group counseling.

                 EXTENDED TREATMENT (315-24/02100) CSP P-1
Requires a Bachelor degree (prefer Human Services/Behavioral Health), and
LSW or LPC. This a full-time position on the first and second shift. Work
   days are Monday to Friday and Weekends. Preferred candidate will have
                 several years AOD counseling experience.

  The successful candidate will provide group, family, and individual AOD
counseling to adult incarcerated males. Conduct large educational groups on
  AOD related topics. Complete thorough assessments, treatment plans, and
  discharge plans. The person will conduct Case Management activities and
Crisis intervention as needed. Complete clinical documentation and filing.
               May supervise student interns and volunteers.

Primary duties include: assuring the safety of the facility; monitoring the
location and activities of clients; providing accurate and timely
documentation. Activity & Security Monitors serve as a positive role model
at all times. Requirements are a High School diploma or GED.  (We

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
FINANCE (110-41/03087) ADM P-1
This is a full time first shift position.  Requires Bachelor's degree or
Associate's degree with two years related experience or five years related
experience.  Prefer 2-4 years Board related coding/billing Medicare and
Medicaid billing experience.  Job responsibilities:  submitting error- free
billing files to MHB, commercial insurance companies, Medicare and
Medicaid; posting payments to client accounts via checks and remittance
advices and moving clients to the next appropriate level for payment
reimbursement; contacting third party insurance companies to resolve
denials; knowing and understanding changes to contracts for the various
programs and the ability to communicate that information to the sites.
Some additional responsibilities include (but are not be limited to)
acquiring NPI's, 3rd party insurance company communications about managed
care contracts and other duties as assigned.  The individual should be a
team player, have great attention to detail, be organized, and able to
learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.

This is a part time, Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m.-6 p.m. position.  Job
Responsibilities:  Be available to students enrolled in the Cincy After
School Program at Schroder High School and based on need, support the work
of certified teachers and/or individual work with students.  Areas of focus
include Math, Science and Language Arts however; knowledge and experience
with other academic areas might also be utilized.  Tutor will be active and
hands on in assisting students with practical application of academic
learning.  Opportunities to support experiential learning in the community
may also be available for qualified candidates.  Instructor evaluation tool
will be used in 360 review process.  Requires High School Diploma and
computer skills.  Prefer course study in Math, Science and/or Language Arts
and experience tutoring 7-12 students.

ADULT OUTPATIENT/WESTERN HILLS (1005-7/302004) CSP P-2
This is a full time, Monday-Friday position. Requires Master's degree and
must hold Ohio LISW or LPCC with demonstrable skills in solution focused
brief treatment and direct patient contact. The successful candidate will
do psychosocial diagnosis and intervention to diverse multicultural
population. CATT will be required for this position. Preferred candidate
will have experience with adult outpatient psychotherapy and substance
abuse treatment.

CENTERPOINT ADULT OUTPATIENT (1004-3/302022) CSP P-1
This is a full-time position; Master's degree required and LSW or LPC. The
successful candidate will provide outpatient mental health counseling to a
wide variety of clients, and have experience working with individual,
couples, and groups. Preferred candidate will have two or more years
experience working with adults and/or children and a direct hourly service
in a mental health setting. Computer skills are needed, and must pass CATT.

CHILD AND FAMILY OUTPATIENT WESTERN HILLS (2005-2/302080) CSP P-2
This is a full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday position.  Schedule
includes at least one evening per week.  Requires Master's degree in social
work or counseling with a LISW or LPCC, and at least two years experience
working with children and families.  A preferred candidate will have four
to six years working experience.

The successful candidate will be able to provide client-driven therapy to
children in an individual, group, and family therapy format to a diverse,
multi-cultural population in an outpatient setting. Coordination of care
with case managers, psychiatrists, and other providers is vital to the
success of the children we serve. Intermediate computer skills are
essential for this job. The candidate must pass CATT exam.

COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTER (305-177/02151) CSP P-1
This is a first shift, full time position with occasional Saturday work.
Requires LSW, LPC or LCDC III, and Bachelor's degree. Preferred candidate
will have two years experience including group facilitation and assessment.
Primary responsibilities include providing group, individual, and
assessment services for adult male offenders in a residential treatment
facility. This position requires flexibility, excellent organizational
skills and the desire to work with a variety of populations utilizing
evidence based practices.

GROUP FACILITATOR/MARLOWE (6010-5/302018) CSP A-1
This is a full time, Monday through Friday, first shift position.  Requires
Bachelor's degree and computer skills.  Prefer course of study in Social
Services, two years working in mental health setting and some experience
facilitating educational groups.  Job responsibilities:  Conduct admission
assessment for new clients; develop Individual Service Plans for group
services; develop curriculum for group presentations; facilitate two-hour
groups daily; complete written documentation in support of all services
provided; supervise/monitor clients while in the milieu, including helping
with noontime meal preparations.



SPECIAL ROSELAWN (2103-1/302069) CSP P-2
This  is  a full-time, first shift position.  Work hours are Monday-Friday.
Requires  Master's  degree and LISW or PCC license. The candidate must pass
CATT exam. Intermediate computer skills are essential for this job.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children,
adolescents and families, and understand of normal development. The person
will be able to provide client-driven therapy to children, adolescents in
an individual, group, and family therapy format to a diverse,
multi-cultural population.  The preferred candidate will have experience
working with clients with sexual behavior problems/sexual abuse.


LPN
ADULT CASE MANAGEMENT/WESTERN HILLS (4005-9/300492) LPN A-3
This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week.  Requires LPN
license in state of Ohio and High School Diploma.  Prefer at least one (1)
year experience in a behavioral health.


PSYCHIATRY
ADULT OUT PATIENT/WESTERN HILLS (1005-8/Contract) PSYCH
Job responsibilities:  Provide psychiatric assessment and diagnosis for
children and adolescents, DSM or ICD-9 diagnosis(es); provide pharmacologic
management of client's medication including informed consent and required
lab work; assess general health of clients and request referrals for other
medical care when appropriate for comorbid disorders.

Selected candidate must have residency training in psychiatry. For
child/adolescent, additional fellowship
training is needed. Board certification and 1-2 years experience preferred.
Candidate must have active Ohio Medical License, as well as active DEA
license. Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority would be considered
for adult hours.
