[jsfg_cinti] Stress Management Class Next Monday at 1pm

If you or anyone you know are experiencing stress that is out of control, this 
class is for you.  Even if you have mild stress, learning what is going on and 
how to get a handle on it is very important to keeping you healthy and happy.
If you would like to attend, email me back and I will get you on the roster.  
It will be held at the Hyde Park Methodist Church on Monday Aug 3 from 1-2:30.  
There will be a minor charge of $10.
