[jsfg_cinti] Steak 'n Shake

Steak 'n Shake is looking for Managers in Training to join their team.  =
The
bottom of the MIT pay scale is $26,000 for the standard 50 hour work =
week.
However, the actual salary can start well above that depending on your
education and experience.  The estimated career path is promotion to =
Manager
in 2 months, then Restaurant Manager in 4-6 months, then General Manager =
in
9-18 months, then District Manager in 30+ months and finally Division
Manager.  I spoke with Shane Boland, District Manager in Cincinnati.  He
started at Steak 'n Shake immediately after graduating with a Masters in
Economics just to make some money while he searched for a 'real' job.  =
That
was more than 3 years ago.  I believe he made it to General Manager =
after 5
months.  I am not sure what states have Steak n' Shakes, but I was =
assured
that they were growing rapidly.
