Staff Accountant

Religious non-profit organization in Tri-State area seeks an experienced and
competent professional to fill the position of Staff Accountant.



Responsibilities include:

Preparation of payroll, administration of employee benefits, endowment fund
accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable,
membership database maintenance, supervision of computer network, and vendor
maintenance.



Minimum Requirements for Position:

  a.. Bachelors degree in accounting.
  b.. Demonstrated success (2-3 years) as an accountant.
  c.. Computer system expertise in financial systems software (e.g. MS Small
Business Manager, MS Excel).
  d.. Experience with non-profit accounting helpful, but not required.
