Salary: $26.36 - $39.84/hr.

POSITION PURPOSE: Under general supervision of the Director, has general =
administrative control of, and responsibility for, all Department fiscal =
operations, to include revenue and expense control, budgeting, =
purchasing, financial reporting, debt management, and various related =
functions; manages and directs finance office personnel and provides =
functional guidance and information to various other individuals, =
outside of the internal finance staff, on fiscal related matters.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business =
administration (with focus on finance, emphasis on governmental and =
budgetary accounting); and six (6) years of progressively responsible =
experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience =
sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such =
as those listed above. CGFM (Certified Government Financial Manager) or =
CPFO (Certified Public Finance Officer) certification preferred.
