Enterprise Processing Services (EPS) is a service provider to other Fidelity
business units with incoming and outgoing customer communications.  These
services include electronic publishing, composition, mail processing,
distribution and image capture.  EPS has a highly integrated team of Sales,
Marketing & Publishing, Operations and Systems & Technology professionals.
As a member of a technical (software development) project team you will,
with limited direction, work on complex software development projects.  You
will need to obtain a good understanding of our business so that you can
provide technical expertise to our clients.  This position requires a unique
blending of software development, desktop publishing, document technology,
digital print, business expertise, and interpersonal skills.  This role uses
the state of the art composition development tools to create personalized
and customized documents, which will meet the needs of internal and external
clients.

Responsibilities:
·Design & Develop on larger project applications utilizing both packaged
software applications (eXstream, Streamweaver, e.g.) and custom built
applications (EPS Correspondence Manager)
·Develop on multiple projects and/or platforms concurrently
·Performs testing /quality assurance
·Troubleshoot problems, perform testing/quality assurance, and support user
acceptance testing.
·Acts as technical resource to others on a variety of functional issues
·Has solid specific business background through training and application
experience
·Provide technical expertise at client meetings to interpret/understand
client requirements.
·Work with internal Business Partners to insure production requirements are
met.
·Work with other software development teams to insure project integration
requirements.

Requirements:
·Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
·3-7 years of software development and/or support experience.
·Strong problem solving skills.
·Ability to work across business and systems groups at all levels.
·Customer service orientation demonstrated by the ability to work with
customers on key support issues.
·Sun Solaris, XML, Java, HTML, Oracle, Visual Basic
·eXstream Dialogue (Document Composition a plus)
