Lead cross-division efforts to reduce systemic manufacturing quality defects 
throughout the manufacturing centers. Interact with customers and the 
commercial team to understand customer requirements and translate these into 
actions for quality and process improvement. Mentor Green Belts and drive 
change at the organizational level to establish fundamental and controlled

      Requirements:   
      REQUIREMENTS: B.S. degree, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, 2 years of 
projects after receiving certification. Ability to work with processes 
throughout the value chain from suppliers to customers. Exhibits strong 
knowledge of Six Sigma and quality systems processes. Engineering background 
preferred. Knowledge of web handling and coating preferred. Master's degree a 
plus. Proven leadership and Six Sigma skills. Strong project management skills.
