Demonstrates creativity and innovation in problem-solving, applying tools to 
transactional processes. Must be a change agent.Coordinate and drive Business 
Process Improvement (BPI) projects and initiatives to meet/exceed business 
needs. Continually drive a cultural shift in the organization where business 
process waste is identified and eliminated with sustainable results. Be 
advanced user/teacher of Six Sigma/Lean tools and methods.Faciliate BPI 
activities, Work-Out sessions and Kaizen events. Work with Operations leaders 
(plant managers) to establish BPI strategies, priorities and project goals.

      REQUIREMENTS: B.S. degree, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, 2 plus years

understanding of financial measurements and applies them effectively in the Six
