US-MI-Detroit-Senior Project Account Manager \ Automotive Semiconductors
Location: This position will be based either at the corporate headquarters in 
York, United Kingdom or in the North American headquarters in Chicago, IL.
I am currently under contract to find a Senior Customer Manager for the current 
#2 automotive semiconductor supplier. They have room for growth and by hiring 
the right person we will be able to develop an integral partnership with their 
OEM customers. They need someone that can top down sell to the vehicle line 
managers. By doing that you will directly influence our product direction and 
establish a solid technical foundation along with developing relationships at 
the highest level. You will be responsible for Account Management, Marketing 
and providing a technical road map for them.
To qualify you must be an "A" player, that is well connected at the Vehicle 
Line Manager level. Must have a technical degree MBA and 10 years in
Automotive Electronics. The company offers Base 120-125K plus bonus car 
allowance and full benefits.

looking for an exceptional individual to lead its product marketing efforts. 
The Director, Product Marketing will work closely with his/her colleagues in 
product development and management, but with more of an external focus. He/she 
will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of the product 
messaging, packaging, and sales tools. They will also maintain a close 
relationship with many of the company's customers and business partners for 
marketing and product planning purposes. This position requires a close working 
relationship with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Product 
Management. Position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal 
candidate will be a proven leader with product marketing experience in an 
enterprise software and systems environment. Primary Responsibilities
·Create flexible product packaging solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the 
marketplace
·Develop and maintain product collateral for print and electronic distribution.
·Create appropriate sales tool including demonstrations, Webcasts, white 
papers, and presentations as needed by sales and corporate marketing groups.
·Conduct competitive research.
·Customer reference list management.
·Support sales and marketing needs in the areas of training, product demos, 
trade shows, seminars, etc.
·Create and manage customer focus groups to help set product direction and 
feature set.
·Support Product Management in the creation of standard user-interface 
guidelines and conventions.
·Support public relations efforts in the area of editorial reviews and product 
testing.
·Participate in the development of the annual strategic marketing plan and 
operating budget.
·Advise the senior management team and the Board of Directors on relevant 
industry and product trends affecting our business.
·Represent Pindar Systems at industry forums and with key partners and 
customers.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have the following:
·A minimum of five year's experience in the software industry with at least 2 
years specialization in enterprise level systems such as content management, 
eCommerce, ERP, or CRM.
·A demonstrable track record in the area of software product marketing.
·A solid technical background, knowledge of software development processes and 
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·The ability to take ownership and drive projects through to completion.
·Experience in a fast paced start-up environment.
·BS/BA or equivalent experience.
·A team player who combines intellectual curiosity with an ability to deliver 
complex projects on time.
·Ability to manage multiple activities and events concurrently.
·Flexibility to travel within the US and abroad on a frequent basis.
