The job description is:
Senior IT Solution Sales Executive
Our client is currently seeking a senior sales executive for their Cincinnati
operations who can be successful working in a fast paced, dynamic
entrepreneurial environment. The position requires someone who is a proven
strategic solution sales expert and has a current contact base with Fortune 500
and 1000 companies in the Cincinnati market.
Responsibilities:
Selling and marketing of services (project based/outsourcing/fixed price)
within the Cincinnati and surrounding technology markets.
A proven record of success in IT project based sales, outsourcing or fixed
priced projects
Open new accounts, thereby jumpstarting sales and developing a sales strategy
to take a successful business to the next level
Maintain accurate, updated sales plan and account profiles
Participate in client presentations, developing proposal responses to RFP?s and
ensure bids are submitted in accordance with established deadlines and within
pricing guidelines
Requirements:
Demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and problem solving
skills in a fast-paced environment
You must have 5-10 years prior experience in IT Staffing or Solutions Sales
including staffing sales, appointment setting and generating consulting orders
State and local sales experience; Local contacts/similar experience required
Successful record of meeting and exceeding annual quota of $2 Million or more
Familiarity and ability to articulate the advantages of new technology
approaches
Proven track record of obtaining / surpassing Revenue quotas on a consistent
basis
Highly skilled in oral and written communications, strong commitment to quality
and service, outstanding time-management skills and customer
satisfaction-focused attitude.
