Spirit of America is searching for a Project and Systems Analyst. The
major responsibility for this position is to provide systems support,
data management and project analysis for computer systems used in the
Collections call center environment. Major duties include project
management of dialer system and related projects, development and
administration of decision support databases and reports, development
and implementation of all IVR call flows, development and support of all
interactive messaging initiatives, and other systems related projects to
support all Collections strategies.
Some Essential Requirements are:
Associate degree in information technologies and/or equivalent training
and experience in an information systems environment.
2+ years of experience in a job related field.
Predictive Dialer experience (i.e. Aspect, Noble, I3, VoiceVox, etc.).
Telecommunication Call Center experience preferred.
AIX Unix / Linux experience preferred.
Ability to effectively manage priorities in a multi-tasking environment.
Aggressive with follow up and have acute problem solving skills.
Project management familiarity with system delivery methodology and
processes.
Ability to work with decision support systems related to database and
reporting functions.
Knowledge of databases and sequel structured query language preferred.
Ability to create scripts and translate business goals to logical design
and call flows.
Ability to support a vision and direction.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Macros and MS Exchange.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
