Sales Support Manager

Job Purpose

The Sales Support Manager will function as a liaison between the GB Direct,
Select, Majors, Government/Education, Healthcare & National sales segments
and Corporate Marketing, IT/IS & Finance to ensure that all sales teams are
equipped and positioned to focus on revenue-generating sales activity.

Essential Functions
Business Sales RFI, RFQ/RFP Support - 20%
Corporate Marketing - Direct Marketing Support - 20%
Sales Tools/IT Support - 20%
Business Market External (Customer-facing) Events - 20%
Business Market Internal (Business Sales & Management Teams) Events - 20%

Education
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience / Background
3 to 5 years

Previous Job Experience
Prior experience in telecom customer service, sales and marketing preferable

Special Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Excellent PC skills - proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio. Working
knowledge of CIW, Essbase, BMW, SolutioNet/Teamshare
Thorough understanding of telecommunications structure,  operations and
function of the business market
