morning with the VP Retail Sales at Provident Bank. 
His name is Randy Quisenberry.  He told me that he is
building up his team and looking to expand it by over
50 people by the end of the year.  He is new to
Provident since he moved to his current position in

POSITION DESCRIPTION


JOB TITLE: Retail Loan Officer/PCFS Mortgage Resources
         DATE:  11/20/02

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Selling Provident Bank/PCFS Mortgage Resources
mortgage products to homeowners through out the
country. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.      Generate loans for Provident while managing and
maintaining excellent relationship with customers. 
2.      Analyze loan applications to identify appropriate
credit grades and structure loans to meet customer
needs and wants.
3.      Organize work, set priorities and meet deadlines.
4.      Educate mortgage customers on product and process
knowledge.
5.      Obtain and organize necessary documentation from
the customer for the program.  Co-ordinate the
customers appraisal and title. 
6.      Provide information and needed reports to
Divisional Sales Director.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.      Associate degree or equivalent mortgage experience.
2.      Excellent oral and written communication and
presentation skills.
3.      Committed and motivated to active sales goals.
4.      Excellent time management and organizational
skills.
5.     Sales experience is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal business office environment where there is
little physical discomfort due to temperature, dust,
noise and the like.
