[jsfg_cinti] Salary history and requirements

Hello all:
I sent a resume a month ago today to a CPA firm in Columbus (Cummins Krasik and 
Hohl Co.) re: an ad they had posted on the Internet for CPAs. There was no 
specific job title or job description in the ad.
Does anyone out there have any ideas how best I might respond to the following 
request that I later received from the main partner of this CPA firm:

Please send me some other references (personal and business) as well as your 
salary history and requirements.

I don't want to send him my salary history because I don't see that it's at all 
relevant to the job that they may have open there, which I think is an auditor 
job. I have not had any significant auditing experience.
I have not sent him references yet, because I have not heard back from all of 
them, that I contacted to ask if I could still use their names. I finally did 
get some job descriptions from the Partner , but no job title to go along with 
the posting that I replied to.

Also, would anyone out there have any contacts at that firm (Cummins Krasik and 
Hohl Co., of Columbus, OH)?
