      Description:   
      Top financial services company has a senior level opportunity in its 
Treasury Group for a results oriented, high-energy professional with a passion 
for all aspects of fixed income capital markets. You will be responsible for 
developing and implementing interest rate risk management strategies and 
programs using a variety of fixed income investments such as mortgage backed, 
corporate bond, structured asset backed, government and agency securities, and 
various derivative hedging instruments. Develop strategies intended for 
incremental earnings via opportunities within market sectors or yield curve 
arbitrages. Provide updates to executive management and ALCO regarding 
movements in the financial markets and the impact on these portfolios and 
programs. A true career opportunity available due to growth. Salary range is

      Requirements:   
      Bachelors in Finance or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred with a minimum of 
ten years of banking, investment management or corporate treasury/asset 
liability management experience. Thorough knowledge of the capital markets with 
hands on experience managing mortgage backed or agency securities. Ability to 
formulate hedge strategies related to the companys mortgage servicing asset and 
core bank interest rate risk positions, and a comprehensive understanding of 
applicable accounting and financial reporting implications of all strategies. 
Supervisory responsibility of four VP level portfolio managers each accountable 
for a sector of a multi billion dollar investment portfolio and derivative 
hedge book. Established relationships with Wall Street dealer community are 
preferred. Strong emphasis on teamwork.
