      Description:   
      You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary product development team 
and duties will include package design from proposal support through analysis, 
development, qualification testing and transition to production. Duties 
include: Lead Mechanical Design by designing 3-D Model of chassis, covers, 
printed wiring board assemblies and heat sink plates, designing RF printed 
wiring board outlines and mechanical attachment to chassis or heat sink plates, 
creating all mechanical drawings (component, printed wiring board assembly, 
sub-assembly and final assembly drawings and parts lists) and interfacing with 
vendors to meeting mechanical requirements, responsible for thermal, vibration 
and structural requirements and analysis.  
      Requirements:   
      BSME required with a minimum of ten years of design engineering 
experience in electronic packaging design. Advanced technical degree is 
preferred but not required. Experience using various 3-D CAD applications 
(Unigraphics or Solidworks) and MS Office is required. Knowledge of finite 
element thermal and structural analysis is required. Ability to obtain a 
Security Clearance is required.
