SAMI Clinical Supervisor



Full time position responsible for the development of a specialized services
model for the adult substance abuse/mental health population.  This will
include designing specialized services and tools, training staff, creating
linkages to other system supports and building a primary support team to
serve this population. Administrative and clinical management of the team
will be graduated as the team and services are developed.  This person will
provide coordination, leadership and manage the daily affairs of the program
supporting the program's goals and philosophy.



Master's degree in human services or related field plus 2 years
post-graduate clinical experience.  Demonstrated leadership and supervision
skills required.   Position requires licensure by the Ohio Counselor and
Social Worker Board (LISW, LPCC, or LPC) or otherwise credentialed to
supervise case management services (M.S.N., licensed psychologist) and
licensure by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (LCDCIII,
LICDC); may consider applicants who are within 1 year of completion of
credentials.  Position may require the use of personal mobile phone.
Position requires occasional driving of own vehicle.  Valid driver's license
and vehicle may be required.
