      The Areas Sales Leader for Retail Banking opportunity is in South Bend, 
IN. This individual will manage sales professionals assigned to branches 
ensuring a comprehensive relationship management approach to the sales process. 
The Area Sales Leader will be responsible for leading the development and 
growth of profitable client relationships, staff coaching and development, 
financial and staff performance management, and leveraging the relationship 
with product and other line of business partners to the benefit of our clients 
and the bottomline. Functions are: . Develop market plan with a sales execution 
strategy. . Provide sales leadership for assigned area; manage and monitor 
financial performance of assigned area. . Provide organizational leadership by 
taking responsibility for the total client experience by ensuring effective 
coordination of sales and service at the branches level. . Develop centers of 
influence in the market that can be leveraged into profitable relationships. . 
Ensure accurate and complete performance management reviews and individual 
development plans.  
      Requirements:   
      B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of banking with 
3-5 years of management experience. This should be most recent or current 
experience. Proven ability to lead and champion a successful sales team. 
Demonstrated ability to develop and executive a sales plan that produces goal 
achievement.
