[jsfg_cinti] Request for help

I am currently taking two programing classes @ Gateway Technical College in NK 
and need help.  The classes are:
   
  Oracle 9i SQL/PL
  Visual Basic.NET
   
  Is there anyone who is available to spend some time w/me and help me 
understand these programs better?  I've check w/the school for a tutor, but 
they don't have any that could help me.
