Description: 
Centennial, Inc. is searching for a strong Controller
to join one of our valued clients in the Greater
Cincinnati area. This individual must be a strong
leader, have rock solid Controller experience, and
have proven ability to effectively work with a variety
of internal customers including
manufacturing/operations, sales & marketing, and
corporate contacts.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all financial reporting,
transactional accounting, and general ledger analysis.


- Reports and validates all financial results and
ensures controls are in place and functioning as
designed

- Leads and develops members of the Accounting/Finance
team responsible for Financial reporting, Accounts
Payable, Cash Management, General Ledger & Fixed
Assets.

- Financial consolidation and analysis for all
business groups.

- Manages accurate and timely completion of all
monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
Leads the completion and explanation of monthly
results in the reporting package and in business
review meetings.

- Manages Sarbanes-Oxley activities through
monitoring, testing and reviewing the control
environment to ensure controls are appropriate and
functioning as designed.

- Manages capital spending process.

- Refine post SAP processes and reporting to ensure an
optimal control environment is in place.

- Coordinates external audit processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
field

- CPA

- 5+ years of experience in a similar position leading
the Accounting/Finance function and managing others.

- Experience working in a public company is preferred
and SAP experience is strongly preferred.

- Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment
and with acquisitions is a plus.

- Exceptionally strong analytical ability, computer
proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a
cross-functional team.
