[jsfg_cinti] Reply orocurement Agreement Help

Ken,

My comment is to be very careful at keeping documentation of all of your
regular activites, especially those related to the commission structure. I
have worked at positions where I was cheated out of commissions due to the
"fine print" policies of the company...exceptions, that sort of thing. If
you can, it is advisable to get it in writing within the scope of a job
description if you cannot get an actual employment contract or agreement.

My advice for what it's worth.

Robin Hendley

Subject: [jsfg_cinti] Procurement Agreement Help

Good Morning Fellow JSFG Members,

I am currently reviewing a job offer for a procurement position. The company
has extended an offer in the form of a base salary plus a percent
compensation
for cost savings that I would negotiate. I am currently negotiating the
terms
of the offer and it would be a great help to hear from someone who has
worked
under this type of agreement. This would be a great help to me.

Sincerely,

Ken Schmaltz
