[jsfg_cinti] Rejection

Does anyone out there have any ideas about what might be some good questions 
(are there any?) to ask an employer for feedback after having been rejected for 
a job? I once heard that it may be helpful to ask something like: what was 
good? What was not so good and something else, but I forget what it was.
