      Responsible to develop and manage strong Broker relationships, and to 
build and enhance Customer Relationships (Retail Grocery Chains), both new and 
existing. Responsible to gain, solidify and maintain targeted Product 
Distribution across all Product Categories. Responsible for Strategic Business 
Planning and Execution to achieve targeted product sales, distribution and 
Market Share Growth. Salary range is $55-75K. Benefits to include standard 
benefits plus a bonus potential and car, paid relocation. Please refer to RKR

      Requirements:   
      B.S. in Business preferred with 3+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods 
selling experience, preferable in Retail Packaged Meat products. Prior 
experience selling packaged Fresh Meat products given strong preference. Must 
have been successful building and growing sales and margins significantly. Must 
have Food Broker Management experience and solid Category Management experience 
and understanding. Must have a proven track record of building strong Customer 
relationships, both new and existing. Must have experience using Syndicated 
Market Research Data (Nielsen) to develop effective customer presentations and 
build both tactical and strategic business plans to run and grow the business. 
Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with strong 
problem prevention and solving skills.
