      We are currently seeking a dynamic, seasoned, and resourceful Sales 
Executive for each of the cities listed above, who can effectively grow and 
manage a large, multi-state sales region and work with Fortune 1000 customers 
and prospects. The focus of this position is selling enterprise-wide solutions 
designed to train the workforce in business critical legal and ethics issues. 
The ideal candidate will be able to sell content and technology solutions, 
serve as ambassador, customer advocate, and act as a consummate professional. 
Job Responsibilities: Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of 
customer satisfaction with our client's products and services. Establish 
relationships with law, compliance, ethics and HR departments of Fortune 1000 
corporations. Develop relationships with the General Counsel of Fortune 1000 
corporations Assist in the definition and execution of a marketing, lead 
generation, and sales plan for a specific region. Function effectively at both 
the strategic and detail levels in support of the development and maintenance 
of major client relationships.  
      Requirements:   
      MBA or JD required. Master's in Education, Certificate in E-learning or 
knowledge management a plus. Evidence of consistent and successful sales 
experience with e-learning and/or enterprise-wide technology solutions for a 
minimum of eight years. Significant conceptual sales experience. Experience 
using technology to enhance business operations. Exceptional relationship 
development and management abilities. Unconditional commitment to customer 
service. Extremely effective written and oral communication skills. Exceptional 
communications and presentation skills. Highly proficient with the use of 
personal computers.
