      As Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for multiple plants. Must 
be a project and people oriented individual. Responsibilities include 
succession planning, organizational development, recruiting, and much more. 
This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic go-getter with rolled up 
sleeves who spends most of the time in the trenches making positive changes. 
Salary range is $90K to 150K DOE. Benefits to include bonus, health insurance,

      Requirements:   
      Bachelors degree is required with 7+ years experience. You MUST have come 
up through manufacturing plants and have an excellent understanding of 
manufacturing processes. Hands-on manufacturing or greenfield experience is a 
HUGE plus. Must have run multiple plants and a business unit. Union and 
non-union experience required. Must be ready to hit the ground running!
