publishing has an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, team player to join
others in a career in Human Resources.  This position is responsible for all
aspects of the recruiting and selection process including sourcing,
interviewing, recruiting, compliance and tracking.  If you're a go-getter,
you'll manage and facilitate hiring process for all positions, exempt and
non-exempt throughout the multi-location company. You'll need considerable
skill in behavioral interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all line
and staff functions as demonstrated by excellent business acumen.  Building
relationship from afar will be key to your success as you deliver results.
Influence hiring managers and site leaders to follow process and applicable
HR policies will be challenging and rewarding. Your knowledge and
application of applicable personnel policies, and federal/state laws
regarding employment practices is a must.
 Facilitating new hire orientation and conduct exit interviews will keep you
connected to our new hires and provide you with data to make meaningful
selection decisions.  If you can demonstrate these skills, we'd like to hear
from you:  behavioral interviewing, building relationships, business acumen,
project management, time management, organization and follow-up, influence
management and oral and written communication. You must have five or more
years of in house recruiting experience to be considered.  PHR desired. We
