A small but dynamic, privately held manufacturing and engineering
solutions company in the medical device industry is seeking a CFO to
support accelerated growth through expansion of operations and
acquisition.

Candidates should have a minimum of a BA in Finance or Accounting
(CPA desired), plus 10-12 years minimum experience in a corporate
financial management setting, with proven leadership of staff and
management of all Finance and Accounting functions.  The CFO is
responsible for all financial accounting, preparation of statements,
tax filings, budget and forecast, and preparation of financial
reports for management and ownership.

Position requires experience in managing the financial aspects of
mergers and acquisitions, including valuing companies and
coordinating legal and financial preparations for potential public
stock offerings, plus proven ability to creatively identify and
procure sources of funding from capital markets, including investment
banks, venture capital firms, etc.   Position will be responsible for
negotiation of contracts and agreements, and will require experience
in negotiating financial elements of contracts for engineering and/or
manufacturing-related services.
In addition, the position will require experience in leading and
managing the migration of financial and accounting systems to new
hardware and software platforms, proven leadership of staff in
financial and accounting disciplines, and a high energy level,
exceptional drive and outstanding analysis and communication skills.
Recent experience in manufacturing and engineering, preferably in

BUYERS - AUTOMOTIVE - MI - SALARY TO $75,000
An $850MM premier, Tier I supplier to the auto industry is seeking
experienced candidates to fill 2 Buyer positions reporting to the
Director or Purchasing.
These positions require a minimum of three years' experience in a
Purchasing role with an automotive supplier or OEM, plus Bachelor's
degree or equivalent in Business or comparable area.
Both positions are responsible for solicitation of quotes and
development and negotiation of contracts, maintenance of supplier
relationships and assurance of delivery and quality of services and
products from suppliers. Buyers analyze sources and develop supply
strategies in line with operational needs and cost reduction targets.
Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills are
required, plus a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in a
team-based, fast-paced auto industry environment.
The Strategic Buyer position is located in Grand Rapids at a
technology center, and is responsible for development and

QA ANALYST POSITON AND A SCIENTIST POSITION  - MI - SALARY TO $75,000
QA/Analytical Chemistry Analyst/Scientist, Manufacturing-Drug,
Cosmetic, and Medical Device Products-Grand Rapids, MI.
A small ($20 MM, 120 employee), fast growing supplier of custom drug
product and medical device solutions to major pharma and consumer
products companies is seeking QA Analyst/Scientist candidates with
experience in an FDA regulated drug and/or medical device QA/QC
chemistry laboratory for their Grand Rapids, MI manufacturing
operations. In partnership with customers, the company develops
unique applications of their proprietary transdermal drug delivery
systems in dosage form, (e.g., nicotine "patch"). Primary expertise
is in design and mfg of adhesives and coatings and creation of
equipment and processes to produce. Product line includes
pharmaceutical, OTC and medical device products and other consumer
applications.

JR SALES ENGINEER - MI - SALARY TO $70,000
Our client a privately owned Canadian automotive company with their
corporate office in Ontario, has an opening for a Jr. Sales Engineer
in their Michigan sales office. Reporting to the Director of Sales,
this role is for someone who is looking to be mentored and coach in a
company where they can grow. The role consists of working and
creating solid relationships with existing customers as well as
developing new business, particularly in the Japanese automotive
market.
Must have experience in calling on big 3 or tier 1 and 2 suppliers.
Product line relates to plastics, however metal background will also
be considered. A post-secondary education is required. Candidate must
be a motivated, and eager individual who has proven success on
calling on the automotive world.
Our client has an established sales team and provides a strong
mentoring program and the successful candidate will be strongly
supported. The successful candidate will also need to be flexible to
travel to the Ontario plant.

DSP FIRMWARE ENGINEER - OHIO - SALARY TO $80,000
Requirement:
- BSCS or Engineering required and 2or more years of experience in
the design and test of embedded systems software using real-time

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - PENNSYLVANIA - SALARY TO $160,000
The person hired in this role will have created a technical
professional services department from scratch to $500,000 in billing
in 8-10 months and be eager to do it again.  Radio Frequency
background ideal but not required.

SR AUDITOR - PENNSYLVANIA - SALARY TO $55,000
Very attractive positions with leading retail client. Only 10%
travel. Requires Degree and a minimum of 2 years financial and/or
operational auditing experience.
Qualified individuals must be a CPA or CIA or in the process.


SR AND STAFF AUDITOR - PENNSYLVANIA - SALARY TO $62,000
These are rotational positions. Both require Degrees.
Senior position requires a CPA and 4 or more years auditing
experience with at least 2 of those years in public accounting.
For the Staff Auditor, they will consider an individual with a
minimum of 2 years Big 4 or regional public experience and a CPA or
"in the process", which means they have passed the exam or parts of
it.Spanish language skills a plus.

INTERNAL AUDITOR - PENNSYLVANIA - SALARY TO $60,000
looking for high GPA's and no more than 2 to 3 years experience in
public or corporate audit.
The focus of this position is ensuring that internal controls are in
place for both financial and operational procedures

VP OF REIMBURSEMENT / HEALTHCARE - PENNSYLVANIA - SALARY TO $120,000
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
in Accounting or Finance and will have 10-20 years of progressive
experience in a Healthcare environment, specifically direct patient
