TITLE: Improving Your EQ Skills to Gain the Competitive Edge in Today's Job
Market

DESCRIPTION: Research indicates that emotional intelligence can help people
impress potential employers and land the right job.  In this workshop,
participants will take an emotional intelligence quiz to assess their skill
level.  Exercises will be presented and discussed to help participants
improve targeted job search skills.

DATE: Monday, June 15th 1 -4 pm

LOCATION: Room 303, Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church

FEE: $30 per participant.  Payable at door with cash or check made out to
"EQ Coaching Solutions, LLC"

FACILITATOR: Lisa Kappesser, M.A.

Lisa Kappesser is president of EQ Coaching Solutions.  She provides career
coaching for individuals needing an edge in their job search or assistance
in changing jobs or careers.  She develops and facilitates emotional
intelligence programs for organizations to improve teamwork and enhance
leadership.  She is a certified career coach through The College of
Executive Coaching, and a member of The International Coach Federation.
Lisa has a M.A. in Psychological Counseling from The University of Notre
Dame.
