[jsfg_cinti] Re: Quarterly dues Monday

The membership fee just applies to active members.  Forwarding jobs and 
articles is greatly appreciated and is helpful to members.  The membership 
fee just applies to those who are active job seekers and attend the meetings 
and use the facilities. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
