      Description:   
      Quality Assurance Manager for fully integrated life sciences company that 
manufactures, markets, and distributes a broad range of innovative diagnostic 
test kits, purified reagents, and related products and offers biopharmaceutical 
enabling technologies. This individual will be engaged in the auditing, trend 
analysis, complaint review, document review and lot release. Position assists 
in the preparation of regulatory submissions and is responsible for ensuring 
the company's licenses and registrations are filed in a timely manner including 
OSHA, EPA, and controll substances.  
      Requirements:   
      B.A. or B.S. degree in a biological science is preferred. Experience in 
quality assurance-related function in an in vitro diagnostic device 
manufacturer is required. Bench tech experience. Reports to V.P. and has 10-12 
direct reports. Prefer individual from a firm such as Lilly, Bayer, Schering 
Plough, etc.
