      We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of 
Quality Assurance Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that the 
quality assurance aspects of the Company's quality system are completed in an 
appropriate and timely manner including auditing, trend analysis, complaint 
review, document review and lot release. This position assists in the 
preparation of regulatory submissions and is responsible for ensuring the 
Company's licenses and registrations are filed in a timely manner, including 
OSHA, EPA, and controlled substances. The primary duties of this position are: 
Maintain Company's system for documenting, investigating nonconformities and 
evaluating the efficacy of corrective actions. Direct the review, deviation, 
OOS and CAPA reports and corrective action plans. Direct the compilation and 
review of trend data. Assist departments in developing appropriate corrective 
actions. Direct audit team in evaluating effectiveness of corrective actions. 
Develop audit schedule and ensures internal and external audits are completed 
as required. Participate in Quality Review Board. 
      Requirements:   
      A BA, or BS degree in a biological science is preferred. Experience in 
quality assurance-related function in an in vitro diagnostic device 
manufacturer required.
