have the job for you. A Southwestern Ohio client is seeking a full 
time,permanent and experienced Project Manager to lead a team of 4 AS400/RPG 
Developers, 1 Operator, and 2 Lotus Notes developers. Someone who has come up 
the RPG developer ranks and is now an exeperience project manager or strong 
team lead would be ideal for this role. While you will do minimal coding, you 
will be expected to fully understand the RPG developers role and assist and/or 
guide as needed. Delivering Web-based solutions will be the primary focus in 
the future. This position will also require you to interact with end users; 
hence, excellent communication skills are a must. This client is an Equal

per year (DOE) along with a bonus of up to 10% (paid quarterly) and 3 weeks 
vacation the first year (after only 90 days)! Must have Green Card or 
Citizenship.
